These Terms of Service apply to your use of sundayswingclub.com, operated by My Sunday Story LLC ("Sunday Swing Club," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ORDERS
All products are made to order. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we do, you'll get a full refund. Because production starts quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it's placed.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

PRODUCTS
We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, and shipping under our Shipping Policy.

OUR CONTENT
Our designs, logos, photos, and text belong to Sunday Swing Club and may not be copied or used without our permission.

REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, photos, or feedback, you allow us to use them to promote our store.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
